KARZEN is growing and is looking for solution sales or technology-related industry professional! With the help of our incredible team, we help businesses reach their full potential with the best Auto Shop Management solution on the market. KARZEN is seeking high-energy, driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is the first point of contact our potential customers have with our sales team. Our Sales Reps are responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the KARZEN’s sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience generating leads or selling technology-based solutions. If you’re looking to grow your Sales career, then this is the position for you!

We provide cutting edge technology solutions to automotive aftermarket shops, together with a marketplace for automotive owners to find & book their service, maintenance & repair appointment in real time. Primary responsibilities

  • Identify new business, primarily through telephone and email communication, by reaching out to prospects and introducing KARZEN solutions
  • Nurture all inbound leads through to qualification
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience
  • Identify customer needs to determine if KARZEN solutions would be a good fit
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position KARZEN
  • Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats and referrals at a given time
  • Manage existing customer database using HubSpot, to ensure all communications are logged and identified
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Capitalize on up-sell opportunities with existing customer database
  • Work with the CEO to develop new strategies to grow sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly quarterly and annual goals
  • Provide support for marketing activities and events
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management


  • 1+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales, and a strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and quota-driven environment
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Open availability


  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Fluency in other languages
  • Automotive experience
  • Tech-savvy / Computer literate
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • Being awesome and entrepreneurial!
